Requirements:

  1. Able to communicate properly in Bahasa Malaysia, English. (Mandarin is bonus).
  2. Experience in customer service support.
  3. Know basic things using WHMCS.
  4. Priority given to Bachelor Degree holder.

Responsibility:

  1. Manage support ticket and customer email.
  2. Manage order process and verify customer payment.
  3. Help customer set up basic things (pointing domain to Blogspot, etc).
